In its final meal pack for 2023, some 70 Islamic Relief USA   volunteers gathered at its Springfield warehouse on the late morning of Sunday, Dec. 10, to make 20,000 meals. The meals consisted of rice, spices, and pinto beans. The meals are expected to be distributed to people in need in the DMV region.
