“ Washington, DC — Sharif Aly, Tawnya Brown, and Hardy Vieux were unanimously elected by RCUSA’s membership to serve as the newest additions to the organization’s board of directors. Aly is the CEO of Islamic Relief USA, with experience ranging from nonprofit law and management, humanitarian policy and advocacy, and public relations and communications. Brown is Vice President of Bethany Christian Services’ Global Refugee and Immigrant Services and has nearly 30 years of child welfare and refugee service experience. Vieux is Chief of Staff for Kids In Need of Defense, and serves as a Towsley Foundation Policymaker in Residence at the University of Michigan’s Gerald R Ford School of Public Policy.
