Every fall season, millions of families across the country gather around their tables and enjoy a delicious turkey meal. For many families, however, the cost of participating in the joy of the holiday is too high. That’s why, every November, Islamic Relief USA hosts turkey distributions in cities across the country. Our packages include not only turkey, but various different side dishes for families struggling with food insecurity to enjoy together. This year, we’re working with Crescent Foods to provide more than 21,000 halal turkeys to families in need.
