The days are long (and hot) this year, and Farah shares helpful hints on how to maintain your workout schedule despite the challenges. She talks about when to time your workouts and how to balance other aspects of your Ramadan schedule.
She even shares tips on how to get creative with your workouts. “I’ll be cooking and waiting for a pot to boil and I’ll be doing squats in the kitchen. You fit it in where you can,” she says.
This episode also touches on the mind-body-sprit connection, and how, “taking care of our bodies is also a form of ibadah (worship).”
