Laylat al-Qadr is important to Muslims due to its increased reward. Performing acts of worship, such as nafl (voluntary) prayers, Sadaqah (charity), and dua’a (prayer), can earn you bountiful rewards. When performed on The Night of Power, the rewards could be exceptional. Giving Zakat (almsgiving) or Sadaqah during Ramadan is multiplied by 70 times, and the reward for any righteous act on Laylat al-Qadr is equivalent to having performed that same deed every day for 1,000 months or 83 years, subhanAllah!
