Director of Programs

This position is responsible for managing the design and development of the programs department. The management of programs oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

Legal Assistant (VA)

The role of the Legal Research Assistant is to enhance the Legal Departments effectiveness by completing legal research assignments on various matters related to the work of a Humanitarian organization, maintaining an online and offline tracking system of key legal documents, providing administrative services to coordinate calendars, meeting minutes and requests from other departments at Islamic Relief USA to the legal department.

US Grants Coordinator (VA)

Reporting to the USA Program Manager, the Grants Coordinator will be responsible for processing and management of grant applications, ensuring excellent quality of project proposals, contracts management, timely reporting and funds disbursement in line with IR USA program priorities.
