The Day of Dignity campaign consists of a series of events across the country to help homeless or low-income people get access to services and resources that they need, including food, clothing, and health care.

“We want them to be well, not just for today with the few items they can take in a bag, but to have with them you know, for the entirety of their days,” said Shaheed Ali of the WNY Muslim Benevolent League.

Several local organizations partnered together for today’s event, including the Western New York Youth Muslim Benevolent League, and UB School of Dental Medicine.
