U.S.: One Organization’s Efforts.”
Hosted by Sisters Need A Place – South Dakota, this public lecture will
highlight the place of charity in American society and the work one aid
organization is doing to help the needy in the United States and abroad.
As the Argus leader has mentioned, Islamic Relief, “A 21-year-old agency
created to ease the suffering of the world’s poorest people also plays a role
in South Dakota.
“During her visit, she [Clareen Menzies] will meet with Anisah David of
Bushnell, who helps women in various stages of life, such as those leaving
abusive relationships who need jobs or want to advance their education. To
help free up David’s time from fund raising, Menzies encouraged Islamic Relief
