Zain Memon, a senior at New York University (NYU), reports on a the 10th Annual Fast-A-Thon: Fast for Water fundraising dinner held to raise money and support for the building of three wells in East Africa, specifically in Somalia, Kenya and Ethiopia. The event was hosted by NYU’s Islamic Students Association.
