CFR.org: “Confronting the Syrian Refugee Crisis: Putting Faith in Humanitarian Aid”

Presented by the site CFR.org, Islamic Relief USA CEO Anwar Khan was part of a panel of faith-based humanitarian groups discussing how faith-based organizations are leaders in the effort to help refugees.

The panel also included William Canny from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Robert Carey, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and Mark Hetfield, the president and CEO of HIAS. The presider was Deborah Amos from National Public Radio.
